What this website collects
If you send a message through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp, Kalson receives the details you share: your name, company, email, phone number if you add it, how you prefer to be contacted, and your message. They are used only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. They are never sold or shared for marketing. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Services that help run the website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards them by email. These providers only process the data needed to deliver the website and your message.
How long data is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and deleted on request unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data Kalson holds about you at any time by writing to contact@kalson.ae.
Client project data
Data shared during a project is covered by the project contract and any NDA, used only for that project, and returned or deleted at the end of the engagement as agreed.
